Main Purpose

Ideal for all horizontal applications including floor or ceiling insulation.

Coverage

Fibra Natur needled sheep wool is made of 100% sheep wool fiber. Sheep wool provides excellent thermal insulation in both winter and summer. SheepsWool helps to reduce heat loss and sound transfer in a number of building applications. Sheep's wool provides effective protection against both cold and heat.

Sheep's wool has a great capacity for regulating humidity in a building and contributes to a healthy atmosphere. Sheep wool insulation can regulate humidity without losing any of its insulating properties. It can capture 33% of its weight in humidity without losing its insulating qualities

The Sheep wool roll is ideal for insulating unused attics, ceilings or floors between joists. It is best suited to horizontal applications rather than vertical application.

The Sheep wool rolls are packaged tightly. Do not pay particular attention to the thickness of the product when removing it from the packaging. The wood will naturally regain its volume over time.

The rolls are particularly easy to lay on the floor: simply unroll it on the floor. You can apply two layers to limit thermal bridges, but in this case be careful of settling, which can lead to loss of insulating qualities. The top layer, crossed, must be thin so as not to weigh too much.
